We will also create a bespoke employee handbook that perfectly suits your business, detailing all essential policies and procedures meaning within days you could have fully legally compliant contracts and HR documentation in place.
Enhanced HR Support

For just £399 + VAT per month, businesses with up to 50 employees can have access to our on-going HR support. If you’re looking for a strategic HR partner to work alongside you as your business grows, our retained package is definitely for you.
Included in this retained package is:
- Unlimited telephone support *
- Provision of on-site support or via video conference *
- Access to our online HR audit which will allow you to check your compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- 6 monthly review meeting with one of the directors to discuss your business, how we are supporting your needs, and to enable us to jointly put together a plan to assist with up-and-coming business developments, changes and challenges.
- The production of/revision of new Contracts of Employment templates (Written Statement of Employment Particulars) for all types of employee (eg permanent, fixed term, zero hours etc).
- Review of all existing HR policies and procedures, and provision of new/amended policies (or handbook) should this be required.
- Subsequent ongoing updates to contractual employee documentation as a result of new legislation and/or changes.
- Access to a full range of HR documentation/templates to support managers in managing their teams.
- Bespoke letters produced for all your employment related matters.
- A free slot to attend two of our training sessions each year throughout the course of the contract.
- Significantly discounted hourly rates for HR support that requires more in- depth advice. (e.g., pay and reward projects, complicated disciplinary/grievance processes, performance management design etc)
- Access to our cloud-based HR software system – BreatheHR.
